ACS have built up a highly respectable offering for Public Sector customers using the product specific framework agreements. We’re proud to have been awarded places on multiple Frameworks

Crown Commercial Service

The Crown Commercial Service is the biggest public procurement organisation in the UK. We have a place on the RM6147 framework which offers public sector buyers a quick and easy way to source their technology products needs. This agreement is an online catalogue which allows the buyer to buy from the cheapest priced supplier for their needs.

Public sector buyers can buy off the shelf hardware, software and related commoditised services such as support packs and extended warranties.

The supplies RM6147 covers are:

  • Laptops and desktops

  • Servers

  • Routers

  • Cables and other related infrastructure hardware

  • Mobile phones

  • Audio visual hardware such as telephone handsets, screens and conference call equipment

  • Software licenses

  • Related commoditised services, including support packs, extended warranties, delivery and imaging

Crescent Purchasing Consortium Framework

CPC are a purchasing consortium, owned and run by the FE sector. They provide their members with specialist advice on best spending practices and how to obtain best value for money.

In 2020 we were awarded places on lots 1 and 5 of the ICT Hardware and Peripherals Equipment. These are the Desktop PC Solutions and Multi-Purpose Lots.

Multi-Purpose Lot:

This Lot is for the provision of goods and service including but not limited to supply and supply and installation of:

  • Desktop computers (tower, small form micro and all in one)

  • Monitors and key boards

  • Thin clients

  • High performance and gaming desktops

  • Printers and scanners

  • Virtual reality equipment

  • Laptops, notebooks, tablets and netbooks including chromebooks

  • Pda’s

  • Mobile internet devices (excluding mobile phones)

  • Charging carts, docking stations, storage trolleys and other related products

  • Headphones and earphones

  • External hard drives, memory upgrades

  • Cables, components, and accessories including locks and brackets

  • Carry cases, speakers, memory sticks, telephone handsets (not complete systems) and other related products

Desktop PC Solutions Lot:

This Lot is for the provision of goods and services including but not limited to supply, and supply and installation of:

  • Desktop computers (tower, small form micro and all in one)

  • Monitors, keyboards, and mice, including both wired and wireless

  • Thin clients

  • High performance and gaming desktops

  • Refurbished equipment and remanufactured equipment

  • Bespoke equipment

  • New technologies providing a desktop solution

  • Accessories and cables

  • Imaging services, maintenance services

  • Other relevant services including asset tagging and training & support for all solutions.

YPO

YPO supplies products and services to a wide range of customers including schools, local authorities, charities, emergency services, public sector and other businesses such as nurseries and care homes.

ACS are on the Technology Hardware, Software and Services– 979 Framework. This framework is for the provision of hardware, software and associated services, from the supply of ICT equipment and applications through to secure hardware asset destruction. Services include subscription based‘ anything as a service’ models, operational services to manage the provision of your technology requirement and service design and implementation for assisting with evaluation and improvement of your technology infrastructure.
